I am a Senior IT Consultant & Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience leading teams and delivering complex digital solutions across various industries. I have successfully managed the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from planning and development to deployment and operations. While my focus is on leadership, delivery management and engineering excellence, I remain hands-on with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and web application development.

Managing the lifecycle of several CBAM-related IT components at DG TAXUD, from planning and development to deployment and operational transition. Coordinating activities across stakeholders, ensuring timely releases, stable environments, and alignment with both internal standards and EU regulatory requirements.

Supporting research teams by building and distributing Julia-based software solutions in efficient, scalable formats. Creating browser-based development environments, managing licensing infrastructure on AWS, and automating multi-architecture build pipelines for seamless delivery.

Leading multiple cross-functional engineering teams in building scalable commerce platforms. Overseeing delivery processes, hiring, team development, and aligning technical execution with business strategy.
